The all-new Ferrari Purosangue is a 4-door 4-seater SUV first from Ferrari, and with a name that translates as ‘Thoroughbred’ you need to drive it now. It features amazing rear doors that are hinged and swing open backward to wow passengers and passers-by. With a massive 6.5 litre V12 engine, this model is by far the most exotic SUV on the market.

The Exterior
Long and low, sporting 22-inch wheels in the front and 23-inch wheels at the back, this eye-candy model is smooth, graceful and perfectly pleasing. Notice the huge clamshell bonnet that blends seamlessly into the vents, ducts and intakes. It exudes elegance and a stance that says I-have-arrived.
The view from the front is dominated by the aero ducts rather than the headlights. The headlights are located lower down next to the intakes. Instead of a front grille, the Ferrari Purosangue sports a dihedral suspended on the lower section.
Walk around to the back and notice that there are no back wipers, this model channels air to clear the window as part of its overall aerodynamic design.

The Interior
The interior offers a plush and expensive ambience, fitted with leather and loads of Carbon Fibre trims. The driver has a big screen with digital instruments and a haptic steering wheel with an array of swiping buttons for control.
Your passenger gets a 10-inch touch infotainment screen to keep them busy while you tame this monster on the road. In the centre console is a push-out rotary dial for controlling climate.
The back seats offer ample leg and head room for adults as well as cup holders and storage space in the door. All materials used have a focus on eco-friendly sustainability.

The Drive
The Ferrari Purosangue sports a naturally aspirated 6.5 litre V12, unheard of in an SUV, and a first for Ferrari. Teamed up with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission this beauty powers from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.3 seconds and reaches top speeds of 310 km/h. The drive is exhilarating and fast and sets new standards for driving dynamics.
The chassis is lighter with additional rigidity and beam stiffness. The Multimatic True Active Spool Valve, TASV System replaces the traditional anti-roll bars and offers superior technology to reduce roll, balance, over and understeering.
To guarantee that this unique model is indeed an SUV, you have Hill Descent Control, another first for Ferrari. The Purosangue comes with Driver Assist Features developed together with Bosch, which include Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning and Traffic Sign Recognition.
