You are responsible for ensuring that your dealings with Our Partners abide by the terms and conditions imposed by them, and any complaint you may have will be directed only and directly to them.
Your Booking
You undertake to us that the details you give to us are correct in particular that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the car hire and any related charges.
If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform Rent Car Elit as soon as possible. Rent Car Elit cannot accept liability for any charges incurred as a result of documentation signed for and accepted locally.
Rent Car Elit will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing wilful damage, off road driving or driving without due care and attention. You, the renter, will accept full responsibility in respect of such claims.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation by the client the reservation fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client with less than two weeks’ notice to the scheduled delivery date 50% of the balance payment is payable. If less than one week ́s notice is given the full amount is payable.
In certain circumstances, your reservation deposit can be held for you, to be used on a future booking you make with us. This decision is at the discretion of Rent Car Elit.
